Stargazer

Stargazer is a reimagining of "The Starmoney," a classic fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm, presented as a tragic Point & Click Adventure. Developed over four months as a university project, Stargazer places players in the role of a nameless orphan girl wandering through a cold winter night in the medieval European wilderness. Instead of taking or destroying objects like in typical adventure games, players solve puzzles by generously giving away their belongings, becoming a gentle source of warmth and comfort in an otherwise harsh and somber world.

By helping others, the protagonist unlocks constellations, summoning powerful star spirits that assist her journey. However, each act of kindness further deepens her tragic fate, ultimately leading to her own demise. As the lead game designer on this project, my role involved shaping the core gameplay experience and ensuring a deeply emotional and memorable adventure.
